Our Spring seems to have already sprung? Which makes it hard to want to stay indoors at all. I will soon be going to Oklahoma City, OK to visit my immediate family. Donna is going to stay home and keep the business going.

Everybody's got a skill or talent and if we all share, we can bank our time and glean payment by accessing another person's skills for work we need done. It's the same concept as a babysitting club. 1 Tbsp. Flaxseed
1/4 cup of cold water

Grind 1 heaping Tbsp of flax seeds in a blender on the highest setting (or in a coffee grinder then transfer to blender). Add cold water and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until thick. 1/4 cup of Egg Replacer equals 1 egg.
