A toilet tank 'sweating' is not actually sweating...  The water in the tank is cooler than the surrounding air and IF there is enough humidity, the coolness causes water to condense (from the air) on the outside of the tank.  

Do you keep your house warm?  Is it humid there?  These are your issues...

My toilet tank sweats and drips water on the floor.  How can I fix this?
