I'm not too familiar with snakeskin, but you can try using the steps for removing mold from leather.

Brush away as much of the mold as you can and then using undiluted white vinegar, rub the boots until all of the mold is removed. (If you're unsure you can always test first on a small hidden area of the boot.). You can also try rubbing alchohol as well.

Does anyone have any idea how to get  mold off snakeskin cowboy boots?? They were forgotten in the box, in a bag, in the garage. Help!
