I use Spectrum organic extra virgin.  That's what the bottle says.  I am careful about what I put on my skin though since I know it's absorbed into my bloodstream in some way so if I'm going to use natural stuff to avoid chemicals in creams, etc. then I figure I may as well go organic :-)  It doesn't take much at all because a dime-size pump of oil will go a long way, espec. right after you come out of the shower.  I keep it in a little pump bottle on my make-up area.

I read a lot of the information posted on the website and was wondering what type of olive oli do you apply on your skin? Organic? Virgin, extra virgin etc. Was just wondering if someone could steer me in the right direction before i buy my first bottle! Thanx
