It was really a good suggestion. Most of the people now can't afford waterproof shoes because it is very expensive. Through this alternative, we don't spend too much money in purchasing shoes.

Have you ever played in the snow in shoes that leaked?  Kids grow out of shoes so fast, and good waterproof shoes can be expensive.  Here's a solution my mom used for me.  You put regular leaky shoes and socks on the kid, then you put bread bags over the shoes, then you put old adult socks, preferably polyester or nylon over he bread bags.  Now the feet stay dry.
