The lease on my 3 year old car is going to be up soon.  I'm not sure whether to lease again or to buy.  There seems to be a bigger selection of inexpensive but reliable cars these days.  We take good care of our cars, however, it seems after a few years, maintenance costs on a car can really add up.  Whereas with a leased car, you always have a monthly payment, but you don't have to worry about big maintenance costs.  

Any suggestions?
