subsapplesute dishwasher detergent???

<< < (2/2)

I think that would be a good idea! Maybe powdered Borax would do the trick? I think that it would have to be something that doesnt suds & something that would rinse off the dishes, while at the same time something that would clean & be hygenic. It would also have to be something that was strong enough to put into the diswasher dispenser. I think that if it is gentle enough to use on baby diapers(here I am dating myself)...ha ha, then it would gentle enough for cleaning dishes & wouldnt be toxic? Hope this helps?

I have a theory that I'm trying to find out if it will work.

I think that baking soda plus perhaps a second ingredient will make a nice detergent for the dishwasher. (cascade is so $$$)

Does anyone have any thoughts? I'm not sure if baking soda alone is enough to sanitize dishes (especially since the dog sometimes licks them)

thanks in advance!
