Wax on concrete mantels

Please if anyone can help me.  I have a concrete mantel (which I absolutely hate) and I burn candles all the time.  some of the wax spilled over and looks like it stained the concrete.  I already scraped off the wax, this is what is left over.  Any suggestions?
