Homemade heat wrap
Fill a mens white cotton sock with two cups of white
rice.  Tie a knot in the top.  Place in microwave for
one minute.  You now have made a flexible heat wrap.
After several uses it will smell like popcorn...time
to wash the sock and make a new one.
I have also used smaller white cotton sock to make a
heat wrap for children..heat for only 30 seconds.       Good for ear aches, tummy aches etc.
Decorate with magic marker.......they love them.
