Well, isn't it really a birthday party for 3?  After all ... your baby's birthday will be the day you deliver!  So "Happy Birth Day" decorations will certainly be appropriate.

What are some ideas for doning this kind of thing?  I am due with my second child in January just about a week before my husbands and I's birthday how can we have like a welcome to the world party along with a happy birthday to us party all at once so that everyone isn't making several trips to see us and celebrate with us?
