Some breeds of dogs tend to have odors just naturally.  I use chlorophyl for my pets. If you dont like the idea of putting it in the water, you can get the concentrated capsules and pop them open on their food.  Diet has a lot to do with odor as well.  What brand of food are you feeding?

Many folks use Liquid Chlorophyll in their dog's water.  It cleanses the blood gradually and deodorizes.  The neat thing about it is that it's not just taking smells away ... it's feeding the whole intestinal tract and gently cleaning out the toxins that accumulate in our bodies.  Read more about it here:

I have a chow/shepard  and a yorkie terrier.  Whenever I give them a bath, there skin and coat is very silky and soft and smells good.  I use a doggie conditoner after each wash. 2 days later the Yorkie's coat feels a little hard  and they both don't have that fresh smell anymore.  Any suggestions?
