A great breakfast, believe it or not, is two handfuls of spinach in a blender with 2 cups of water and fruit of your choice. I like bananas (1 1/2 usually) or frozen berries or a combination (some frozen fruit is good for the recipe or add ice cubes). Blend and drink. A healthy dish for any meal or a snack. Add cinnamon if you like. Sometimes I add cocoa powder if I am really in the mood for a chocolate snack. YOU DO NOT taste the spinach. It's called a green smoothie.
