I used DMSO 15 years ago to treat tendonitis in my knees and elbows. It went away and never returned. I’ve continued to play hockey and golf, both sports that are hard on the joints and have had no issues. I was cautioned by an MD however that over use could lead to the softening and possible rupturing of tendons. A lot for professional athletes use it and I would not hesitate to use it again should the tendonitis return. It does stink and you can taste it almost immediately after putting it on, but it’s worth it if it helps relieve the pain and aids in the healing. Good luck!
