I had a friend who preserved flowers with glycerine. YOU can find a bottle of liquid glycerine in medical section of Walmart. Pour glycerine into small tall vase. Crush or cut slits in the lower part of the stems of flowers. Place flowers stem first into vase with glycerine. Let them set about 36-48 hours. Then remove flowers from vase. Pour remaining glycerine into shallow dish and place flowers head/bloom first into dish.Periodically rotate flower heads in glycerine to keep them evenly covered front and back of flowerheads.Continue every few days until the preservation process is complete.
    Good Luck.
