I like to keep it pretty simple. I will usually shop for my produce at the local farmers market..great prices and I get what I will need for the week. Whenever I need groceries, I go to the store but I use a service called http://www.groceryguide.com/ and they match the local store sales to coupons that come in the newspaper, the service is free. Matching the sales to coupons helps me cut the cost by about 40%. I think the number one frugal shopping tip is matching coupons to sales, a lot of times I just get free stuff at the checkout.
