My meatball recipe –
Lean ground beef
finely diced onions
bread – or cracker crumbs
garlic – finely chopped or powder
whatever other spices you like
use enough eggs & bbq saue so that they stick together.
I cook them in the oven on a broiler pan – then I freeze them 12 to a bag.
I use them for spaghetti – simply heat in sauce.
OR I make a kind of bbq sauce with brown sugar etc.. and serve over rice.
I usually buy the beef in bulk and do up several dozen ata time.
