I make a spaghetti sauce rather than meatballs. ÝI cook the meat drain the fat than pat even more fat out with paper towels. ÝI add the sauce and cook it for several hours. I cook onions with the meat then add more when I cook the sauce down (love onions). ÝI do this because I Ýdon’t like bread in my spaghetti. Ý Ý
