This is a wonderful recipe for meatballs handed from my grandmother:

For every two pounds of ground beef use:

    one egg
    4 tablespoons of ketchup
    1-2 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 medium onion very finely chopped
    2-3 tablespoons of worcester sauce
    2 teaspoons oregano
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons of your favorite steak seasoning
    approximately 1 cup oatmeal

Mix everything except the oatmeal, with your hands. When mixed, add oatmeal in small handfulls, kneading until fully mixed. The oatmeal acts to keep the shape of the meatball as well as absorb extra moisture from the ingredients, making very flavourful meatballs. Cook about 16 meatballs for 40-45 minutes at 400 degrees. Drain fat and place on paper towel on a cooling rack.
This recipe makes excellent hamburgers as well as meatloaf. Play with the seasonings for different tastes. For added nutrition, try adding flax and/or chopped spinach.

    Hope you like it.
