I don’t know but why not call or email the manufacture with your question? They should be able to give you an answer. If you have the manual read it. The manual will usually give answers to problems that you can solve. This problem might be listed. Or try calling a repair store such as Sears with your question. They should be able to diagnose possible problems over the telephone in minutes.
