1/2 lb crimini mushrooms – sliced1/2 lb baby bella mushrooms – sliced1 lb white button mushrooms – sliced1/2 large sweet onion1 cup butter1/2 cup olive oil4 cups chicken stock1 cup heavy cream2 Tbsp parseley1 cup water
-Sautee the mushrooms in the butter and and olive oil.-Bring chicken broth to a boil then add sauteed mushrooms, water and cream-Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer
Salt and pepper to tasteServer with parsley.
Goes great w/ crusty bread.
