Does anyone know where I can get a device for drying more than one plastic bag at a time. I saw one with four dowels that had little soft figurines on top so bags would stay open. Does anyone have any other ideas? What do you do?
I’m always in a hurry but hate to toss these out.
      thanks so much!

Assuming you mean grocery bags – why not turn them inside out and clip them to a clothes drying rack? This could probably work for many other types of plastic bags as well.
I save most of my bags, except for the ones that had either raw meats, or leaking milk. Hope this helps!

How about a mug tree?  (If you’re young enough, you might not remember these–they stood on your counter, you could hang 4-6 mugs on them, and were usually made out of wood.) I just bought a new stainless steel one, from Kitchen.com, I think it was and it cost about $15.  But it’s also something you might be able to find at yard sales or thrift shops; they were really popular back in the 60’s and 70’s.  Good luck!

I made one many years ago for less than $2 and still love it.  A craft type store has bases and you can drill small holes in one and then put a few dowels in them.  I bought the base and dowels and had some paint at home.  My husband drilled the holes, I glued the dowels in, let it dry.  Painted it and drew on a few pretty flowers and the year (1995) and it sits in the area behind my sink.  The dowels had little bird houses on top of them.  It has been real special to me because I made it and because I love birds :-)

If your children have any Tinker Toys, you can easily build a plastic bag drying device.
