I grew some plants last May but they died (so I thought) about 2 1/2 months later.  I got 3 1/2 inch size potaotes.  Well this year I planted some onion tops to see if they would grow and discoverd some normal size potatoes in the flower pot.  It is about the size of a bucket and I got several potatoes and might even get a plant from the eyes I left in.  I orignally grew them from some eyes I got from potaotes that started to go bad.  It’s great what nature does.
